Connor was so friendly and attentive. He explained the process and any questions we had very well! Jade, the manager, was also very accommodating and made sure our experience was great. Food is always fresh and high quality!

Attended the father daughter event and we had such a wonderful evening! Hailey our server did such an awesome job making us feel special. She welcomed us to the restaurant for the first time and made a really cool flower design on the plate. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will remember this dinner for many years to come. Thank you Melting Pot and thank you Hailey!

Everything was incredible! As soon as we walked in the door we were greeted with the best attitude from the manager. After being sat, it didn’t take but a couple minutes for us to feel like our waitress, Zoe, had been a long time friend. She brought great energy and took more than good care of us. Would definitely recommend coming here for any occasion! Picture attached is the cute messages and pictures she took her time making for us on our dessert plates!

Nina was super amazing! I really recommend her as your server! The food was great and the staff was super friendly and willing to walk slower since my partner had a minor injury that slowed him down walking. We went for the Valentine's Special so a reservation was a must!

We haven’t been to the melting pot in a while and I can say this experience was amazing. Nina was our server and honestly provided the best service I’ve experienced in a long time. She was attentive, funny, but still provided us that space to enjoy our meal. She even went out of her way to send us the digital copy of our photo. The food was amazing, and they even wrote “happy birthday” on a plate with chocolate which was so sweet. Made for one of the best birthday dinners I’ve had in a while! 100% recommend.
